Q: Where do I start?
A: Most people begin by reviewing threads on our forums. Use the “find” tab and enter keywords to search.

Q: Who can read the forums?
A: Anyone can read the forums, but if you choose to post, you must first register with VSRN. Your registration information is private.

Q: How do I start a new discussion for my problem?
A. Go to the “new” tab at the top of the forums and click “discussion.”

Q: What if I have questions I don’t want to post publicly?
A: Send us a private message. Go to the “new” tab and click on “private message.”

Q: How do I get a referral to a doctor?
A: After VSRN has reviewed your request for help, we will discuss with your options with you based on your issues and then match you with the appropriate provider.

Q: Why is VSRN’s list of network doctors private?
A: Our network doctors require that VSRN screens all patients before making referrals.

Q: Why do you ask for additional information?
A: The information VSRN requests from patients helps us to determine how best we can help.

Q: Do you share our information with anyone?
A: Your information is confidential, and is never shared with anyone without your permission. If VSRN makes a referral, we may provide your name and a brief description of your issues to the doctor.
